Competencies

  • Develop strategies for various performance platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, RTB display and video, etc.)
  • In collaboration with the associate analyst, set up accounts, campaigns and ad groups based on established goals and performance indicators
  • Oversee the various performance platforms on a daily basis and ensure their ongoing optimization based on performance indicators
  • Set up and automate weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports (key metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking and other relevant initiatives)
  • Organize and facilitate client optimization sessions to discuss key learnings and optimization opportunities, and highlight all qualitative learnings that could influence the strategic and creative approach to various accounts
  • Offer expert support related to the insourcing of client practices
  • Help Glassroom break into the Montreal and Toronto market
  • Keep up with pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic buying trends, best practices and new techniques to both ensure budget compliance and account growth and seize new opportunities
