Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools and tag management systems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Launch or other).
  • Proficiency with one or more data visualization platforms (Datorama, Tableau, DataStudio or other).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.
  • A good understanding of paid media (SEO, SEM, social and programmatic).
  • Basic knowledge of optimization best practices.
  • Proficiency with Excel (or GSheet).
  • Bilingual (English and French).

Competencies

  • Support our Data Science Practice Lead on various projects.
  • Create tagging plan and implementation guides for digital data collection.
  • Implement analytics tools and tag management systems for various clients.
  • Build dashboards using third-party visualization tools (Datorama, Data Studio, Power BI, and other).
  • Collaborate with the performance solutions team to develop and implement key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to share key insights and findings.
  • Assist in the preparation of optimization sessions during which key learnings and optimization opportunities are highlighted.
  • Analyze data in order to highlight qualitative learning that can influence strategic and creative thinking about different accounts.
  • Keep abreast of trends in analytics, good practices and all new techniques to ensure optimal configurations and account growth, but also to capture all new opportunities.
