Competencies

  • Master and interpret the entire data life cycle; its definition, its characteristics, quality and durability.
  • Develop insights allowing managers to make data-driven decisions.
  • If necessary, act as an intermediary between the various stakeholders to ensure that the needs are well understood and that the solutions delivered correspond to the expectations.
  • Incorporate storytelling techniques into reports to provide additional context to the data presented.
  • Respond to and track incidents and requests from BI services.
  • Target opportunities to optimize work methods and processes, anticipate impacts and make changes to tools.
  • Provide coaching and support to internal BI contributors to develop autonomy and raise the level of BI maturity.
  • Keep abreast of trends in the business intelligence sector, best practices and all new techniques in order to ensure optimal configurations, but also to seize all new opportunities.
